Time is now 2307.

Hurray! Rockapella is good.

Yes, and you can go build your shit now, Irene.

Anyway, I just read Mariko's xanga and it's very interesting, so I'm gonna do it too.

[Stole this from Mariko who stole this from Jul who stole it from JonP.]

IF YOUR LIFE WAS A MOVIE, WHAT WOULD THE SOUNDTRACK BE?

So, here's how it works:

1. Open your library (iTunes, Winamp, Media Player, iPod, etc)
2. Put it on shuffle
3. Press play
4. For every question, type the song that's playing
5. When you go to a new question, press the next button
6. Don't lie

Opening Credits: Only U - Ashanti. No I didn't download it, I didn't even know how it ended up in my iTunes amongst all my computer crashes and formats. Nevertheless, only you indeed. : )

Waking Up: Beautiful World - Coldplay. Awww, quite true indeed. Everytime we wake up it's a new day, a beautiful world. "Bones are sinking like stones..."

First Day At School: Appalachian Spring - Thomas Copland. Sounds like graduation to me.

Falling in Love: Nothing Hurts like Love - Daniel Bedingfield. Truth. But falling in love is nice. One of your favourite singers too!

Fighting Song:  'Til I Get Over You - Michelle Branch. A slow-mo fight, I suppose.

Breaking Up: Wozzeck - Alban Berg. Not only it's a theatrical song, it's in a different language, AND it's minimalist. Sounds like an aftermath of a break up...

Prom:  Suspense - Sugimori Masakazu. XDDDDDD, how appropriate, Phoenix Wright soundtrack. Filbert should know this. :P

Life: The Little Organ Fugue in G Minor - E. Power Biggs. Hm... does this imply religion? Organs? Anyway, hurrah for Music Lower Level.

Mental Breakdown: Surprise Symphony (Second Movement) - Franz Joseph Haydn. Strangely approrpriate, describes the mental state in happiness.

Driving: Anxious Heart - Nobuo Uematsu. FFVII OST. Sounds like a car crash to me.

Flashback: Love is an Unfamiliar Name - The Duke Spirit. Again, strangely appropriate... With all that percussion in the background.

Getting Back Together: Opening - Bombing Mission - Nobuo Uematsu. FFVII OST again. How heroic. I like.

Wedding: Come on, this has to be an appropriate one.......... XDDDDDD. Sexy Back - Justin Timberlake. No I'm not whipping my bride during wedding, even if she misbehaves. Though, she is my slave. : )

Birth of Child: Symphony No. 40 in G Minor (Fourth movement) - Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. How nice, kinda foreshadows the tension in the house, haha.

Final Battle: Dash de Chocobo - Nobuo Uematsu. I forgot which FF this song is from, but I guess my final battle will be against a bloody chocobo.

Death Scene: Fragment of Memories - Nobuo Uematsu. FFVIII Winhill music! A bit happy for a death scene. Ok nevermind, the song goes sad in the middle.

Funeral Song: Polonaise in A-Flat, Op. 53  - Frederic Chopin. A happy song for my funeral, hurrah! But I'd die happy if someone can actually play this during my wedding. It's bloody hard on the piano.

End Credits: So Here We Are - Bloc Party. So here we are again, the end of all things. Nice credit song though.

This is good stuff.

I look forward to my wedding.

And that's about it.

Night,

Kevin

Time is now 2338.

I feel bad for deserting my xanga, so here it goes. With lots of love and care and watering.

A couple of things:

1. UCAS and EE. I dunno if you guys feel the same thing too, but I am very reluctant to submit both of those pieces. It's almost like once you hand it in there's no going back, especially UCAS. First impression, bam, then it's all set. I wonder if I'm gonna get that hesitation when I hand in my World lit, Written Task, Math Portfolio, Musical Investigation, Econ Portfolio... Ah well, no point worrying now, hm?

2. Courtesy of my favourite Rachie, she got me all hyped up for Coldplay stuff again. I like.

3. Math test. 10-second rule, Kevin, 10-second rule.

4. My fricking sister is like striking these random morse-code-like rhythm into the wall, which is transmitted to my side of the wall, and it's annoying me like there's no tomrrow. Ugh.

5. How long must you wait for me?

Anyway, that'll do for now.

Goodnight, fellas.

Kevin

Time is now 2226.

Jen has already become my automatic swearing alarm that tells me when to update my xanga. Which is good, due to several reasons:

1. Clear message

2. Very forceful

3. Her messages are always backed with a strong, complete evidence.

Ok, before IEexplorer decides to crash on me, let's make a list of the things to complete this week, and see how many things I will actually complete this week:

- EE

- TOK Reading

- Econ Reading

- Econ Notes-Taking

- Math Reading

- Math Doing

- Chinese Doing

- World lit Doing

- Music Reading

- Physics Reading

- Physics Notes-Taking

- Physics Doing

It's fairly general, so that I'll save up time in case explorer DOES decide to crash into my face.

A chocolate muffin to the one that best predicts the number of completed work before the end of mid-term!

Night,

Kevin

Time is now 1826.

Tonight, I would like to share with you a rather new interesting concept.

Fugly until proven pretty.

You should probably recognise this from a familiar phrase "Innocent until proven guilty". Well, it's pretty self-explanatory. Basically, this concept requires you to think that this person is fugly until you meet him/her in person and see him/her with your own eyes and then convince yourself that he/she is pretty.

So, for example, Rachel and I have never met before, and one of her friends have told her about me. As Rachel is a person with a "fugly until proven pretty" belief, she'd think that I'm an extremely fugly person. So one day, she and I decided to meet each other for the first time.

Lo and behold, the man emerges before her eyes. And as Rachel predicted, that man is an extremely fugly person with fake eyebrows, tiny slit-like eyes, big nostrils with nose hair visible from 10m away, a mouth which exudes foul air, and greasy, long hair where little cockroaches call it home. : (

And of course, this theory comes in several different flavours! Such as:

Stupid until proven smart

Gay until proven straight

Horny until proven impotent

and

Sissy until proven that he does not watch desperate housewives.

That is all, ladies and gentlemen.

Night,

Kevin

Time is now 2315.

And Ladies and Gentlemen, I am offically bloody sick.

And this time, it spreads. :o Because it's a cold, not a flu. A cold leaves you all cough-y and sneezy, whereas flu just gives you headache, fever and things of that sort.

I'm running out of words here.

Oh I know. TOK was fun. And the scary thing is - I'm not sure if I'm the only one alive on Earth for this, but...

I'm starting to really, really like TOK.

I think it's just silly to think that TOK is philosophy and consists of bs. First of all (I'm being very subjective here), while TOK has elements of philosophy in the course (ie. Karl Popper and co.), we're not here to learn how philosophy works. I see TOK as a course that gives you a pile of information/philosophy/statements about something, and what you do is to group them, present them as arguments logically. Which naturally brings to my second point, it's actually not that bs. :/ Maybe it is, but I hope it's not.

Speaking of which, I'm looking forward to "pao" that TOK text during my mid-term. I can't wait. I'm also looking forward to working hard myself and getting myself an A for TOK.

Hm... I think I should have more private sessions with my TOK teacher.

Do you like TOK? I bet most of you think it's utterly pointless, because I was one of you guys. But then, when you really dig your head deep into something, even if it's something you don't like, it's a rewarding challenge, you know.

Anyway, enough rant. Good night,

Kevin

P.S. Do you guys still remember that school policy about not stating any teacher's name in our xanga?
